What to Expect

Looking to receive tooth extractions near you? Extracting teeth is not quite the same as “pulling” teeth. An extraction involves the removal of the tooth and its roots, which are attached to the jawbone. For extractions, we will take our time before your procedure to image the tooth and its roots and plan the extraction process in detail. Once the planning is complete, the extraction itself is a fairly quick procedure. However, some patients who experience anxiety may want to learn more about sedation dentistry, which can offer a stress-free experience.

After your extraction is complete, we may recommend one of several types of restorations to replace the tooth, including dental crowns, dental bridges, or dental implants. This ensures we can avoid complications such as shifting teeth and issues with chewing.
